My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the VBT Costa Brava trip. The biking itinerary was clearly written and well planned. We are confident traveling in Europe after living there many years, however, we believe it is safer and certainly more convenient to bike with a reputable group tour. VBT offers a high quality experience which we can recommend without hesitation.

This was one of the best VBT tours we have taken. Food, riding, scenery, exploration of the art of Dali, wonderful guides and fantastic accommodations. Pre-trip in Barcelona is a must do to see the Gaudi architecture and Picasso museum as well as experience Catalonia at its best.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first VBT experience. The tour route was very well laid out and we cannot not say enough about how impressive our tour leaders, David and Frederico, both of whom are natives of Portugal. Kudos to VBT for the way they planned and conducted our tour!

We loved this trip! Beautiful and varied biking routes; knowledgeable, competent and engaging guides, top-notch hotels, delicious food and interesting cultural activities. I wish I could do it all over again!

We absolutely loved our self-guided biking trip! Plus, our boutique hotel accommodations were wonderful. Our second night's accomodations were unbelievable, especially our dining experience that was part of our package. Directions were perfect and so was the weather. This is our second trip and cannot wait to book our third. I cannot highly recommend these trips enough!

Good riding in an area that pro racers train. The Girona area is a road cycling mecca. Drivers are contentious with cyclists and the roads are bike friendly. The hotels were all epic.

The guides were an excellent team. They gave us a realistic description of each days ride and they provided plenty of encouragement along the way. The routes were mainly lightly traveled narrow roads. Some days we saw more bicycles than motor vehicles.

Our Best VBT Trip! Mallorca was our third VBT trip and the best. The roads we were on and fewer cars and the cars we encountered were respectful of bikers. The Mallorca covers three corners of the island and each corner is uniquely different from each other. As always VBT has top notch hotels and the included meals are beyond ordinary. We go on VBT trips because it is more than biking but culture and cuisine. Our guides Joan and Juantxo were terrific and worked well with each other and the group.

We really enjoyed our cruise along the Douro River. Everyone on the Emerald Radiance staff was helpful, courteous and genuinely friendly. The combination with our VBT bike trip made an exceptional vacation.

Very enjoyable trip. Guides were excellent. The meals on the River Boat were also excellent. Would highly recommend this trip.

I had a wonderful time on the VBT Andalusian Spain trip and would highly recommend this trip to anyone who might be interested. The scenery is beautiful and the towns we visited had so much history. Our guides could not have been better. They made the trip both fun and safe. I went solo and felt like I gained 18 new friends. The food and lodging were top notch and the rides were totally manageable even for someone who is not an avid rider - but if you have a doubt about your abilities rent an E-bike and your worries will be over!

Trip #2 with VBT and once again the entire tour exceeded my expectations. The towns of Spain via bike were breathless. The leaders were knowledgeable, friendly, fun and organized. Loved by Trip #2 and plan to do more......

It was well planned, had great accommodations and super guides. We experienced the best landscapes of three separate caminos. I give it a 5 in spite of some rainy days

Enjoyed the trip. leaders were great as always with Country Walkers.Just the right amount of hiking and difficulty. scenery beautiful.

The itinerary, trails, meals and lodging were top notch, complimented by the best two guides we have ever had....they missed no opportunity to please.

This Mallorca hiking trip met almost all of my expectations.
