Fabulous trip! We truly enjoyed ourselves and the other people on the tour. We loved being there during Holy Week, too. The pre and post extensions were wonderful, we especially loved Rondo. All of the guides were terrific! Nico and Juan Carlos were fabulous as well. They both had a wonderful sense of humor and were very patient and helpful. We will highly recommend this tour to others and look forward to doing another tour in the future!

We visited Andalucia Spain with VBT in Nov. 2012. This was our 24th bicycling trip with VBT and was our best trip yet! Andalucia is more scenic than we ever imagined and the bicycling along rural roads and trails is the best way to experience this area. The longer cycling routes offered each day were through rolling hills with sweeping vistas overlooking olive orchards as far as the eye could see and small white-housed villages nestled in the hill-sides. Andalucia offers many cultural and historic attractions in Seville, Cordoba and Granada that make this a very enriching and rewarding trip.

This tour is a biking paradise. Mallorca has enough challenging biking for any level of ability. VBT offers many different routes daily to satisfy all levels of competence and experience. Most days were averaging 35-45 miles for the full day, but shorter routes were available after lunch. There were hills, rollers, flats and riding on good roads was a pleasure. The hotels are excellent, each one better then the last, with the last being a Spa Resort, that is exceptional for a two night stay. Two of the hotels were in the middle of a town where walking to dinner was easy. The last hotel was stand alone, but that was the Spa Resort, were the food was excellent and included. Very friendly group, all got along, new friends were made, many enjoyable moments. But the glue that made this tour were the guides. Hanka is a people person, exceptional guide, caring, professional, always looking out for her riders, funny, good cook and a good person. Marc is every where, helping, guiding, fixing, doing any thing needed, even loaned me his bike to ride as I had a moment of change. Hanka and Marc fed off each other, are a joy to be with, a super pair of individuals. It was great seeing you again Hanka, Poland was a while ago. So our trip last week was only the 2nd time that VBT had fielded this itinerary, and you could have never guessed it. Everything was flawless, from the guides (Anna and Juantxo) to the hotels, to the food, to the routes- all great! This was our 8th VBT trip, and my wife and I can truly say that our guides were the best of the best-they made everyone happy and were outstanding!!

We loved this trip! Beautiful and varied biking routes; knowledgeable, competent and engaging guides, top-notch hotels, delicious food and interesting cultural activities. I wish I could do it all over again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our first VBT experience. The tour route was very well laid out and we cannot not say enough about how impressive our tour leaders, David and Frederico, both of whom are natives of Portugal. Kudos to VBT for the way they planned and conducted our tour!

This was the first time my husband and I did a cycling trip in Europe and we could not have asked for a better experience! We were VBT fans before making a deposit because their website provided all the information we needed to decide about going with them such as the route, mileage, elevation, hotels, and other things we could see and do. Not all tour companies made such a good first impression! Then VBT delivered with excellent pre-trip communication, fabulous bike routes with explicit Ride with GPS instructions and interesting things to see along the way, plus the hotels were just lovely! Our favorite hotel, Hostal Spa Empuries, which we stayed an extra two nights after the trip was finished because the location on the beach with a short walk in both directions to small towns along a lovely foot/bike path was so ideal. We want to cycle in Greece next year and after looking at many tour companies it is going to be VBT again because we feel secure in knowing they have planned a wonderful trip and they will take care of us. They can even give you a longer route if you want more miles on any given day that works into the schedule. God willing, I don't think Greece is going to be our last VBT trip!

This was a perfect trip...Seamless. My 8th VBT bicycling trip and all were good but this one was exceptional because our leaders were exceptional. Great biking, great cultural events and guided tours, wonderful food, very cohesive group of 22 guests who really liked each other every single day. Bravo Javi and Andrea..I hope we meet again!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the VBT Costa Brava trip. The biking itinerary was clearly written and well planned. We are confident traveling in Europe after living there many years, however, we believe it is safer and certainly more convenient to bike with a reputable group tour. VBT offers a high quality experience which we can recommend without hesitation.
