Depart home for Denmark. The particulars of your arrival overseas are detailed with your flight itinerary.
Upon arrival at the Copenhagen airport, claim your luggage and clear customs. Make sure that your VBT luggage tags are attached to your bags. This helps the representative identify you. If your luggage is lost, fill in a PIR form before leaving the customs area; VBT representatives are not allowed into the customs area.
VBT’s local representative/driver will meet you outside the customs area in your arrival terminal and will be holding a VBT sign. If you have trouble locating your VBT representative, please contact Copenhagen Limousine Service directly at +45 70260601. If you need to reach them outside normal office hours or during national holidays an answering machine will advise you how to contact the company’s emergency staff on duty.
If you are going to be delayed meeting the transfer representative due to delayed or lost luggage, please contact Allianz Global Assistance to advise of your delay, and they will contact our transfer service. The drivers are generally able to wait for up to 45 minutes from the time your flight lands, after which you will be responsible for your own transfer.
Your VBT representative/driver will help you transfer to your hotel. Please note: If you arrive early, your hotel room may not be available until 4:00 p.m. You may store your luggage with the reception desk.
VBT transfer times and departure points are finalized in advance and cannot be modified for individual guests. If you fly in earlier than the scheduled program dates, transportation from the airport will be at your own expense.

Enjoy today exploring the lively Danish capital, one of Europe’s leading cities in design. Right outside your hotel, you can stroll the Strøget, the city’s beloved pedestrian boulevard of shops and cafés. It will lead you to Nyhavn, the charming harbor of traditional wooden buildings and bobbing fishing boats. Here, you might walk to admire The Little Mermaid statue, a tribute to local fairytale author Hans Christian Andersen, who made this district his home. Find even more whimsy at Tivoli Gardens, a pleasure park of amusement rides and gardens said to have inspired Walt Disney as he created his theme parks. This evening, you have a vast culinary landscape at your feet as you decide on your dinner venue.
Accommodation: The Square, Copenhagen
Included Meals: Breakfast
You have another day free to discover the wonders of Copenhagen, perhaps immersing yourself in the city’s design heritage. Begin at the all-glass Dansk Design Center, a chronicle of revolutionary house wares and furniture for which Danish designers have been celebrated. Later, admire the innovative Opera House on the waterfront. Get a glimpse of more historic design motifs at Copenhagen’s two elegant royal palaces, Amalienborg and Christiansborg.
VBT Air Package guests arrive throughout the day.

Transfer from Helsingborg to the Copenhagen airport for a midday flight to Stockholm. Upon arrival at the Stockholm airport, claim your luggage and clear customs. If your luggage is lost, fill in a PIR form before leaving the customs area—VBT representatives are not allowed into the customs area. (Please note: Also make certain your VBT luggage tags are affixed to your bag so your VBT representative can identify you.)
After exiting customs, enter the arrival hall and look for your VBT representative, who will be holding a VBT sign and who will make arrangements for your transfer via private car or minibus to your Stockholm hotel (transfer time is approximately 45 minutes, depending on traffic).
Enjoy the remainder of the afternoon and evening exploring Sweden’s capital, nicknamed the “Venice of the North” for the many islands and bridges that comprise its heart. In the city’s Gamla Stan, the site of the original city, stretch your legs as you wander amid ancient squares and medieval buildings. Marvel at one of the largest Royal Palaces in Europe, or visit the Nobel Museum in the Old Stock Exchange Building; its exhibits chronicle the prizes awarded here each year (except the Peace Prize, which is awarded in Oslo, Norway).
Accommodation: Elite Hotel Stockholm Plaza, Stockholm
Included Meals: Breakfast
You have another free day in Stockholm. Perhaps head to the island of Djurgården to visit some of its many museums and cultural institutions. At the Vasa Museum, marvel at a remarkably restored fully intact Swedish warship, sunken in 1628 and later reclaimed from its burial site. The open-air Skansen museum is also on the island, a fascinating collection of architecture and culture from Sweden’s rich past. Dive deeper into the nation’s cultural history at the Nordic Museum. Or let your hair down for a visit to the ABBA Museum, an interactive exhibit of the wildly popular band’s collected works.
Accommodation: Elite Hotel Stockholm Plaza, Stockholm
Included Meals: Breakfast
Spend today taking in some of the city’s most notable art collections. Perhaps begin at the National Museum of Fine Arts on the Blasieholmen Peninsula. This stunning Italian Renaissance building, recently reopened after a five-year renovation, is home to 16,000 paintings and 30,000 objects. Or visit the Museum of Modern Art, featuring works by Picasso and Dalí. For a change of focus, put your money on the fascinating Royal Coin Cabinet, which chronicles the history of museum and economies.
Accommodation: Elite Hotel Stockholm Plaza, Stockholm

After breakfast* this morning, transfer to Stockholm’s airport (approximately 45 minutes, depending on traffic) for your departing flight.** Please ensure that you are ready in the hotel reception area at the designated time.
