How to Order Your Complimentary Gift

1. Visit our online biking travel shop or walking travel shop.

2. Select your gift and choose a size, if applicable.

3. Add your item to cart.

4. Proceed to checkout and enter your discount code exactly as shown, with no spaces before or after the dash:

• If you have a one-guest reservation, enter your reservation number followed by -1.
  For example: 4545-1

• If you have a two-guest reservation, two separate orders must be placed using two different discount codes. One order should use the reservation number ending in -1, and the second order should use the reservation number ending in -2.
  For example: 4545-1 and 4545-2
  One guest may place both orders, or each guest may place their own.

5. These discount codes are one-time use. Complete your shipping information to place each order. You will not need to enter credit card information for complimentary items, and shipping is included.

6. If you’d like to purchase additional items, you may continue shopping by selecting Products.

A pair of reusable luggage tags will be included with your gift. Please attach them to your bags before travel to help our staff identify them during your trip.
