fantastic bike trip, with wonderful guides dan, paul & trainee tom (who was a fantastic addition). well layed out, beautiful countryside. accommodations were good - the only downside was the beaumont hexham hotel, which left much to be desired. other than that everything was up to the usual excellent VBT standards.

great way to see the country- hiking too slow, car too fast. As Pirsig said, being in a car is like watching a movie, being on a bike is like being in the movie.
