Additional Refund Process Information
If your trip payments were made by credit card we are required to refund each individual payment back to the specific credit card used.
Even if the same credit card was used for all payments you will most likely see each payment amount refunded separately.
You may only see a partial refund at first, since we may only be able to process a portion of your refund internally. If we need to finish processing your refund through a secondary processor, it may add 10-15 days to the total time it takes to post the rest of your refund.
For guests who made their payments by check, you will be refunded by check. We are unable to make exceptions to refund credit card payments by check.
