Our VBT guide team was knowledgeable, professional and great fun. They introduced us to the stunning scenery and to the political and social complexities of life in South Africa while fully attending to ride support. The pre and post extensions to Kapama and Victoria Falls provided exposure to wildlife and to beauty of the African bush and simply cannot be missed.

This trip will exceed your expectations on every level, the beauty of the countries, the animals you will see in the wild, the accommodations, the knowledge you will gain about South Africa from your trip leaders and the kindness and courtesy of the people you encounter.

The guides were the highlight of the trip. Their knowledge of South Africa and their palpable love of their country made each day an amazing, life-changing experience. The scenery on the bike rides was incredible and the cultural experiences were unforgettable. I fell in love with the country and its people and was sad to leave.

I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to South Africa including the pre-trip to Kruger, a highlight for sure. We had plenty of cycling, great food, wonderful accommodations and great support from the VBT guides and drivers.

From our first day at Kruger National Park until the last day when we said goodbye to our wonderful guides this trip exceeded our expectations. The diversity of scenery combined with the enthusiastic knowledge of our guide, Henk, made this biking adventure one that will not be forgotten. The biking was super, accommodations were great, food delicious and the people friendly. We enjoyed the hospitality of everyone we came in contact with leaving us with many great memories.

Biking in South Africa was magical!! Everything about the trip was amazing. Every place we went held a special feel. Absolutley loved Stellenbosch! Our dinner in Cape Town at the African Cafe was a once in a lifetime experience. The hotels were wonderful. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone and now with ebikes its a must do!!

My daughter and I had a great time on this trip. We were able to see and experience everything we wanted with this itinerary. The guides/leaders for the visit were outstanding in every way. There was so much beautiful scenery and interesting wildlife. The trip exceeded our expectations. It is a long way to go, but worth every minute.

Our VBT Crew, Henk, Faizel, Ganief and Henry were the absolute best…knowledgable, fun, organized and very proud of their country! Our bike routes gave us a fabulous overview of the overwhelming beauty of South Africa. Thank you VBT, it was a trip of a lifetime.
