Excellent, regionally-oriented cuisine, typically including breakfast each day, most dinners and some lunches (we often like to leave you on your own for lunch so that you may discover a local café or a village market).

Services of two expert bilingual VBT trip leaders who are well trained in the art, architecture, history, and other aspects of the locations in which they lead tours. They are also capable bike mechanics, trained in first aid, and are invariably warm and enthusiastic!

Free use of a custom-designed VBT bicycle with your choice of frame styles and handlebars. Our bikes have 24 or 27 speeds with easily-operated shifters, very comfortable anatomically-designed saddles, handlebar bags and a rear rack to carry your personal gear, and a complimentary water bottle.

Free use of a lightweight, comfortable VBT cycling helmet.

Services of a specially-designed VBT support van, which carries your luggage, any tired cyclists who want a lift, and extra water and snacks to hand out whenever you need them.

Daily maps and written route directions that will guide you through your choice of cycling options each day, and will also describe points of interest.

All sightseeing and Discovery Day events scheduled for the group during the tour.

All transfers during the course of your tour.
