Here, visitors can see animals native to Africa in their natural environment. The Kruger is home to the Big Five — lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo — plus an abundance of plains animals and a huge variety of birds. The chosen mode of viewing these animals is in open Land Rovers, specially adapted for this purpose: This allows small groups to view these incredible animals at close range.
