To experience the purity and exhilaration of Patagonia is an unforgettable privilege, but a rare one given the logistics of travel to the “ends of the earth.”
This trip delivers you there with panache, zeroing in on the most spectacular locales while pampering you with delightful lodgings, hearty food, and lively cultural interludes. Snowy peaks, technicolor meadows, and blue glaciers form our backdrop as we traverse Fitz Roy Valley, Los Glaciares National Park and the mountain outpost of El Calafate. Best of all, as winter sets in back home, you’ll savor the bright beauty of Andean spring and summer.
This tour features a combination of uneven footpaths and rocky, irregular terrain over hills and valleys. Most of our walks are on National Park trails, and you can modify the length or duration of them to suit your endurance. Ice trekking on the Viedma Glacier is included. Appropriate for experienced walkers who are comfortable with ascents and descents.
