We invite you to
toast a quiet little corner of Europe.
A gentle river feeds orchards of apple, apricot and peach
trees. Rolling hills and storybook forests blanket its green valleys. And
gracious locals welcome visitors with open arms – and open bottles. This is
Poland. And we cycle into its heart during visits to an artists’ village, a
medieval trading outpost and two spectacular cities. Along the way, we go
underground into a city of salt and a city of merchants, dine with locals in
their home, and partake of that famed Polish kindness during a cooking class
and vodka tasting. Pozdro!
