After exiting customs, enter the arrival hall and look for your VBT representative, who will be standing in front of the Relay Shop holding a VBT sign with your name. Please wait here while your representative helps make arrangements for your transfer via taxi or minibus to your Brussels hotel (transfer time is approximately 30 minutes depending upon traffic). The transport company's name is TMS Limousine, Telephone number +32 2 461 02 99.
