On January 15, 2014, guests on our special Worldloppet Departure to Austria & Italy: Skiing the Dolomites tour will have the rare opportunity to attend the Dolomitenlauf in Austria and the Marcialonga in Italy. Both the Dolomitenlauf and Marcialonga are events in the Worldloppet—a series of 15 international cross-country ski competitions sponsored by the Worldloppet Ski Federation, dedicated to promoting cross-country skiing.

VBT is offering these Worldloppets ONLY for the January 15, 2014 departure of our Austria & Italy: Skiing the Dolomites tour. This special tour will be supported by two local, bilingual VBT leaders, and will also include all accommodations, daily breakfast, special activities, airport transfers and local transportation to the events. Last day of the tour (departing Verona and arriving USA) will be Tuesday, January 28, 2014.
  • When you reserve by April 30th, your registration for the Marcialonga Worldloppet is guaranteed. To learn more, visit:  www.marcialonga.it

  • For the Dolomitenlauf Worldloppet race registration is on your own. To learn more visit: www.dolomitensport.at.

With only one departure and our small group size, we can only accept reservations on a first-come, first-served basis, so pre-reserve early! We are in the process of finalizing our pricing. Final pricing will be confirmed in April.

13 days, from only $4,000 - $4,500 + Marcialonga registration fee: $146 + Pre-reservation deposit: $350
