Contact Information
VBT does not sell its customer lists, or share any of your information with any other companies or organizations. We are sensitive to protecting the information you provide to us. When you contact us, we will ask for your full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address. That way, when it comes time to reserve your tour, either by phone or via our website, we will have all of the information we need to proceed smoothly.

Making a Reservation
Any information you provide on our website is treated securely. When making a reservation, we will ask you the names, phone numbers and addresses of all parties you are making a reservation for. At that time, we will also need your credit card number and expiration date. We may also need your gender and age for identification purposes.

Bike Preferences
As you may know, at VBT, there is no additional cost for the state-of-the-art bicycles you will use on tour. VBT Bikes come in three styles and five sizes. In order for us ensure your comfort, safety and the right combination of features for your trip we will need to ask your height, for proper fitting. Our qualified tour consultants are always available to answer any questions you have about bikes, and to help you make the right choice.

Dietary Preferences
To accommodate your personal dietary needs, preferences, concerns, or allergies, we need to record your individual requirements on your reservation, so that this information can be communicated to the Trip Leaders.

Medical Issues
You must advise us in writing, at or prior to booking, of any physical, emotional or mental condition which may require professional attention during the trip or may require the use of special equipment. If you fail to disclose any such conditions, VBT may refuse to allow you to take the trip and you will forfeit the trip cost; and in such event we shall have no liability, financial or otherwise. We cannot accommodate women past their sixth month of pregnancy. We also cannot accommodate passengers requiring wheelchair assistance, as most features of VBT trips are not wheelchair-accessible.

Passports
All International programs require a valid passport. All information on your passport including name, passport number and expiration date are needed at the time of booking.

Voluntary Surveys
From time to time, we survey our guests and catalog requesters for their vacation interests and related travel plans. These surveys provide us with the tools we need to design the types of vacations we currently offer, and will in the future.
